Perfect Balance Healthcare was founded in 2017 to address observed recurring challenges in a variety of pharmacy spaces: a lack of genuine patient care, strong ideas failing due to misalignment, insufficient implementation support, and operational overload.

 Dr. Nandita Trivett graduated from NSU in 2014 and is an actively-licensed Florida and California pharmacist who worked direct-to-patient cash and collaborated with physicians prior to serving in the independent pharmacy space. She now shares her wisdom from primary care, large chain and independent community, hospital, managed care and long term care to influence patient-centered care through independent pharmacies globally.  

 Independent pharmacies and the vendors that support them are overwhelmed by constant change and competing initiatives with limited time and resources. Too often, ideas are adopted at tradeshows or through peer influence without a clear execution plan, leading to fragmented efforts, stalled initiatives, and little measurable return. The industry excels at education and onboarding, but consistently falls short on true implementation. 

As a pharmacist and Business Development Solutionist, Dr. Trivett helps independent pharmacy teams and the vendors that serve them cut through the noise by providing the structure, focus, and execution support needed to implement proven, sustainable solutions that drive billable and cash profit, enhance patient value, and create strong, strategic practitioner and vendor partnerships.
